• Ideal aging period: Rest for at least 12-18 months after acquisition before smoking
• Storage conditions: 65-68°F (18-20°C), relative humidity 65-68%
• Collection starting point: A full box acquisition is recommended (Box of 25) to ensure consistency from the same batch
• Cutting method: Straight cut or V-Cut, trimming 2-3mm while retaining some of the Belicoso head's taper to maintain smoke density
